To ensure the best experience, we kindly ask that you review our updated booking policy before scheduling your appointment.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
   
• Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Only one reschedule is permitted per deposit.
   
• Deposits are non-transferable and will be forfeited if you cancel or fail to show up.
   
• The remaining balance is due in cash (preferred). Card payments are also accepted — taxes included.
   
• To reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email.
   
• No-calls and no-shows may be charged the full service amount. Please cancel only when necessary.
   

Hair Preparation & Service Details

• Kanekalon braiding hair is included with all braid services. You may bring your own hair if preferred, but it must be pre-stretched.
   
• Hair must be clean, product-free, and fully detangled, with no oils or leave-in conditioners. Please wash your hair within two days prior to your appointment and blow it out thoroughly. (Washing or detangling at the salon will incur an extra charge.)
   
• Your natural hair must be at least 3–4 inches long around the edges for all styles.
   
• To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid scheduling important events immediately after your appointment.
   
• Appointments can be booked up to 40 days in advance.
